Rovaniemellä on kylmä vielä helmikuussa, seuraathan säätiedotusta ja pukeudu sen mukaisesti. Osa ohjelmasta on ulkona.
Pukeutuminen
Lauantain rastikilpaiilussa kannattaa pistää parastaan pukeutumisen suhteen, sillä parhaat asut palkitaan! Tämän vuoden teema on Social media madness.
Tavarat
Ylimääräiset tavarat kannattaa kierrosten ajaksi jättää majoitukseen, jotta niistä ei tarvitse stressata! Perjantain varaslähtörastin ja lauantain rastikilapilun jälkeen on hyvin aikaa käydä majoituksessa.
Merch
Myynnissä on shottikuksia, joihin on poltettu Poronkuseman logo. Voit ostaa kuksan PK-INFOsta Sampokeskuksesta hintaan 9€. Myymme myös haalarimerkkejä!

Jatkot
Sekä perjantain että lauantain jatkojen sisäänkäynti ja narikka ovat Kansan Pubin takana sisäpihalla. Keikat järjestetään festariteltassa Kansan takapihalla. Festariteltta on lämmitetty ja ulkovaatteet voi jättää narikkaan.
Molempiin lipputyyppeihin kuuluu jatkot ja narikka.

Poronkusema App
Rastien ruuhkatilannetta pääset viikonlopun aikana seuraamaan Poronkusema Appista, josta löydät myös rastikartan sekä tietoa viikonlopun aikataulusta ja Kide.Xpressistä.
Häirintä
Tapahtumassamme ei hyväksytä minkäänlaista kiusaamista, häirintää, epäasiallista käytöstä tai syrjintää. Tapahtuman järjestäjällä on oikeus poistaa tälläistä toimintaa harjoittava henkilö tapahtumasta.
Mikäli kohtaat minkäänlaista häirintää, voit ensisijassa ilmoittaa asiasta kaikille sinistä STAFF-paitaa käyttäville henkilöille. He auttavat ja ohjaavat asian eteenpäin tapahtuman järjestäjälle.
Tässä postauksessa on myös tapahtuman häirintäyhdyshenkilöiden tiedot, voit olla suoraa myös kaikkiin heihin yhteydessä. Päiväkohtaiset päivystävät häirintäyhdyshenkilöt ilmoitetaan jokaisen tapahtumapäivän aamuna storyssa. Tunnistat kaikki häirintäyhdyshenkilöt myös hihanauhoista!
Weather
It is still cold in Rovaniemi in February, so please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Some parts of the program is outdoors, so make sure to dress warmly!
Dress up
Make sure to dress warmly, but also get creative with your outfit for Saturday’s checkpoint competition—the best costumes will be rewarded!
This year’s theme is Social Media Madness!
Belongings
It’s best to leave any extra belongings at the accommodation during the rounds, so you don’t have to worry about them! There will be time to visit the accommodation after Friday’s pre-event checkpoint and Saturday’s checkpoint competition.
Merch
We are selling a shot guksi with the Poronkusema logo burnt into it. It can be bought at PK-INFO at Sampokeskus for 9€. We also sell overall patches!
Show the shot guksi and get -50snt off on selected shots at Kansan Pub during the event weekend!
Afterparty
The entrance and cloakroom to both Friday’s and Saturday’s afterparties is located behind Kansan Pubi at the inner ward. The artists will perform in the festival tent on the backyard of Kansa. The tent is heated, so you can leave your outside clothes in the cloakroom.
Both ticket types include afterparty access and cloakroom service.

The entrance to the wristband exchanges on Friday and Saturday and the checpoint on Saturday will be by the front door of Kansa.

Follow checkpoint congestion live on the Poronkusema App! You’ll also find the map, weekend schedule and info about Kide.xpress.
Harrassment
Our event does not allow any bullying, harassment, or discrimination. The organizers have the right to remove anyone exhibiting such behavior from the event.
If you experience any harassment, please report it to anyone wearing a blue STAF shirt. They will help and forward the issue to the event organizers.
You can find the contact details for the harassment representatives in this post and reach out to them directly. The on-call harassment contact persons
for each day will be announced in the story on the morning of the event.
You can recognize all harassment contact persons also by their armbands!
